“WHEFA was indispensable to our recent debt restructuring. We were able to significantly reduce our cost of capital and will be able to deploy those savings to benefit the people we serve.”

ProHealth Care
Bond financing facilitated by WHEFA was used to help ProHealth Care refinance certain bonds previously issued by WHEFA in 2012 and 2014. This federally tax-exempt and taxable financing process has enabled ProHealth Care to operate more effectively by refinancing its capital expenses at low interest rates.
WHEFA is proud to continue its mission of assisting all eligible Wisconsin nonprofit institutions to obtain and maintain access to tax-exempt financing in order to finance or refinance their capital improvement and expansion needs.
