Bond financing facilitated by WHEFA will be used to help Fox Valley Lutheran High School Federation, Inc. finance the construction and equipping of a 16,530 square foot addition to Fox Valley Lutheran High School, in Appleton, Wisconsin, including seven new general classrooms, a science lab, a bio-med lab, a new art classroom, a multi-use room and other classrooms, as well as the renovation and expansion of administrative and faculty office spaces. This federally tax-exempt financing process has enabled the school to operate more effectively by financing its capital expenses at lower interest rates (3.91-4.71%).
WHEFA is proud to continue its mission of assisting all eligible Wisconsin non-profit institutions to obtain and maintain access to tax-exempt financing in order to finance or refinance their capital improvement and expansion needs.
