WHEFA Financing Applications

We strive to make the WHEFA application process as streamlined as possible. For existing WHEFA borrowers wishing to only refinance outstanding debt, there is no application required. For existing WHEFA borrowers with new money projects and first time WHEFA borrowers, there is a very brief one-page application that needs to be completed.

To learn more about the required financing application for your situation, please contact WHEFA.

Financing Alternatives Program – Request for Proposal (RFP)

The WHEFA Financing Alternatives Program is designed to assist smaller financings, first time borrowers and those that have not done a financing in a number of years. To date, over 85 borrowers have utilized this process to obtain competitive financing proposals since the inception of this program in 1995.

The first step in this program is to determine eligibility by discussing your projects with WHEFA. Next, a borrower profile, including information on the borrower and its projects is completed. WHEFA will then distribute this package to several possible financing alternatives. All the interested parties then submit their proposals to both the borrower and WHEFA. The borrower then chooses the financing plan it prefers by working off the proposals received and summaries provided by WHEFA. The result is a plan of finance which provides the best terms, lowest costs, and the assurance that comes from looking at several alternatives.

To learn more about his program or to start the process, please contact WHEFA.
