WHEFA Bond Financing Helps
Seeds of Health, Inc. Refinance in Milwaukee
Bonds Placed with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
“WHEFA’s tax-exempt bond financing allowed Seeds of Health to spend less of its budget on interest expense going to financial institutions and more of its budget on the Agency’s mission of educating students. The interest rate spread between WHEFA’s tax exempt bond financing and various other traditional bank financing transactions being offered resulted in a 1% – 2% savings. Thank you WHEFA!”
